Egg Salad Sandwich | recipe

On this day in 1947, my maternal grandparents (Granny & Papa) were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in San Antonio. They were remarkable people as individuals, but they were a fantastic couple. I miss them. Now would be a good time in my life for one of Papa’s “frank talks” out on his back...
